We accept Etsy Payments and Paypal for payment.
If you wish to cancel for whatever reason please do so as soon as possible, before it has shipped. Once your item has shipped it cannot be canceled. Orders canceled prior to shipping will receive a refund via Etsy. Etsy will send you a message of a refund. Shipping for returned items is the responsibility of buyer.

Shipping from United States

Order processing times vary depending on time of year and any major holidays. Current processing times are updated in each listing.

Standard orders are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers so you will know when your orders will arrive. Lighter weight items such as single t-shirts, pendants and such can be sent via First Class mail to save you a bit on shipping. The coffee mugs in our shop weigh just over a pound when packaged safely and ready to ship which requires them to be sent via Priority Mail. Shipping upgrades to Priority or Priority Express can easily be selected at checkout. Orders for multiple items may ship via Priority Mail if the combined total weight of all items is more than the First Class Mail weight limit. Large or heavier orders of multiple items will be shipped via Fed-Ex and tracking numbers will be provided. If you have any special shipping needs please do send us a convo so we can assist you.

International buyers:
International shipments will be made by USPS 1st Class Mail International Package (orders under 4 pounds total weight). Larger orders of multiple items (example- multiple coffee mugs) will ship via priority international if the total weight is more than 4 pounds. Shipping upgrades to International Priority are available at checkout.

International shipping times:
USPS 1st Class Mail International Package service makes no guarantees as to shipping arrival times. So far, my experience has been 3-4 weeks, but It can take up to 6 weeks (and sometimes beyond) to some countries. If you are in need of guaranteed or expedited shipping, please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.

Customs:
Any duty/tax/VAT fees imposed by your country, required upon arrival, are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware it is unlawful for me to falsify dollar amounts or mark your purchase as a "gift" in order to avoid duty charges, please refrain from asking me to do so. Delays in customs are beyond the control of the USPS and WitticismsRUs.
